The kodabey.cz website

This website uses no cookies, analytics tools or marketing or tracking scripts. We do not collect any personal data through the website.

For security and operational reasons, the web server may briefly store standard access logs (for example the IP address and time of a request). These logs are used solely to keep the service secure and stable (the controller’s legitimate interest); they are not used to identify visitors and are not passed on to third parties.

E-mail communication

If you contact us by e-mail, we process your e-mail address and the content of your message in order to handle your request. The legal basis is the performance of a contract or steps taken before entering into one, or the controller’s legitimate interest in handling the communication. We keep the data for as long as needed to handle the request and for the period required by law.

KODABEY apps

How each app processes data is described in the documentation of that app. The ELVAPOS and AndaPOS point-of-sale systems store their operating data locally on the customer’s device; the AndaPOS privacy policy is at andapos.cz. We will gladly tell you more about how a particular app processes data at info@kodabey.cz.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing. You can exercise your rights at info@kodabey.cz.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
